Excellent experience. The clinic is modern and technologically advanced. The doctor is very attentive, kind and took the necessary time to carefully examine everything without rushing. I also appreciated that he thoughtfully suggested checking something outside his specialty as a precaution, which showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. Highly recommended!

Visited this practice in June 2025 for a skin check; the appointment with the doctor lasted around 7 minutes and felt very rushed. Afterwards I received an invoice of close to 200 € with several GOÄ positions, including an analog billing for extensive digital image documentation, although I only remember a brief examination. I raised a written complaint with the billing company and was asked to wait while they “clarified” the issue, but after waiting my objection was simply rejected without any satisfactory explanation. Overall, I found the price–performance ratio very poor and the handling of my concerns disappointing, so I would not return to this practice. Their medication for 50 euro also didn’t work, in the end I found solution in DM products for 7 euro. I wouldn’t recommend

Based on my personal experience, I give 3-star to this Praxis. Here the reason why: When I emailed them to ask about their (paid) services — for example, the mole check with photo documentation — they replied extremely quickly. That’s why I decided to book an appointment on Doctolib with Prof. Reinholz, since everyone speaks highly of him. When I arrived at the clinic, I was seen very quickly by another doctor. I’m sure she’s competent as well, but I specifically chose this practice because of all the 5-star reviews and the positive feedback about Prof. Reinholz. Despite booking the appointment with him, I was examined by someone else. What bothered me the most, though, is that even though I paid €169 for a consultation with photographic documentation, the check-up was extremely quick, and I wasn’t even given the chance to sit down and ask questions. When I got home, I still had 2 questions, so I tried to contact them to book a follow-up appointment. I never received a reply — only after one or two reminders — and they never offered me the chance to come in and discuss my concerns. So, when you contact them to ask about their services, they reply very fast. But once you’ve paid
