Ich bin jetzt zum dritten mal zur Behandlung in dieser Klinik. Jedesmal wenn ich kam war die Betreuung ganz ausgezeichnet, vom Ärzteteam angefangen bis hin zu den Schwestern und Pflegern. Frau Dr. Hartmann, Frau Dr. Peters und Herr Dr. Zubic als Führungsteam zu nennen haben sich hervorragend meiner Wunden angenommenen auch das restliche Team der Ärzte und Schwestern war sehr um mich bemüht. Man kann Ihnen nicht genug danken für ihre Betreuung.

Ich hatte im Februar 2026 einen Termin in der Klinik für Dermatologie, um ein verdächtiges Muttermal abklären zu lassen. Die Dame und der Herr in der Anmeldung zur Problemsprechstunde von Frau Prof. Hartmann waren sehr freundlich, die Wartezeit war kurz. Von der Oberärztin Frau Dr. Seegräber, die mich mithilfe eines modernen Spezialgeräts (LC-OCT) untersuchte, fühlte ich mich hervorragend betreut. Sie erklärte mir jeden ihrer Arbeitsschritte genau und gab mir so das Gefühl, in sicheren Händen zu sein. Auch das Untersuchungsergebnis (zum Glück harmlos) wurde mir genau anhand der Bildgebung des LC-OCT-Geräts erklärt, einschließlich des biologischen Hintergrunds. Ich fühlte mich als Patientin mit meinen Ängsten und Befürchtungen sehr ernstgenommen. Die Ärztin nahm sich die Zeit für mich, die nötig war. Der aus vielen anderen Arztbesuchen - leider - wohlvertraute Eindruck, mich möglichst schnell wieder loswerden zu wollen, blieb vollkommen aus. Eine rundum tolle Betreuung, menschlich wie fachlich! Am äußeren Rahmen sind mir positiv aufgefallen: das schlicht, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wartezimmer; die stilvoll und mit Kunstverstand zusammengestellten Kunstdrucke an den Wänden; de

worst experience ever! I would even suggest you to stay sick than visiting this awful place. The doctors were okey and kind, but the waiting line was 3 hour just to register and another 2 to speak with the doctor. Besides, this is an old building and can be enhanced properly and as fas as the waiting like is concerned, the clinic can work more on this topic.

Before you ask anything at the infopoint, the first question is: are you private insured? How discriminating. As if the public insurance was not expensive enough. Then, if you're not private, you can go at "anytime", but from 8 to 10:30am. As if people didn't have to work. Incredible. If you have a serious problem, you can die waiting. 2 months for an appointment. This should be illegal.
