About Jaeger's München
Jaeger's München is a hostel in München, Bayern. It is listed at Senefelderstraße 3, 80336 München-Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.
No opening hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times, and remember that most shops in Germany close on Sundays and public holidays. The listed phone number is 089 555281. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is jaegershotel.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
With 3.7 out of 5 on Google from 1,954 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for hostels in München. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We had an ensuite room which had everything needed. Could have scored 5 but some fixtures were fragile. Room was clean. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet modest but has everything you need. Late check-out was great as our departing flight was late afternoon.

Unfortunately, despite booking a private double room, we still experienced a serious bed bug infestation. When we first entered the room, we noticed black spots on the bedsheets and pillows, as well as a small bloodstain near the foot of the bed. At the time, I assumed the room simply hadn’t been cleaned properly, so I didn’t report it to the hotel. However, on the second and third days of our stay, I started developing itchy bites. At first, I thought I was having an allergic reaction. It wasn’t until the fourth night, when I actually saw bed bugs crawling in the room, that I realized they were the cause. Unfortunately, there were around 6–10 bed bugs of various sizes in the room. We immediately went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. It was already after midnight, but we were told that the hotel had no policy allowing guests to switch rooms. The only option they offered was to check out immediately, in which case they would refund the room rate for that night. I honestly had no idea where we were supposed to go after midnight. We also had our four-year-old child, who was fast asleep. The entire situation was a nightmare for our family. The next morning, we spoke wi

Great experience! The shared room was very nice, it had AC and a bathroom inside. Staff are friendly too. You cannot get better for the price as it is centrally located, a few minutes walk from the main station and very close to the city centre. Only thing that could be improved are the beds, the mattress was a bit hard and the duvet not big enough.
