München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

The place is about a 15-minute walk from Ostbahnhof, which isn’t too bad in my opinion. The price was really good, around €30. All the reception staff were really nice and helpful!!! Lovelyyyyyyyy The room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was clean too. It was pretty quiet, and there’s also a bar on the first floor. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of space. Really good and friendly for solo travelers! The washing machine is around €7. Each bed has its own fan and curtains, which was really nice. Overall, I really liked the room and had a good stay!

A fantastic experience! The hostel is very clean, the rooms are well maintained, and all the facilities are in great condition. Everything is well organized, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. Above all, we want to give a special thanks to Freddy. From the very first moment, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. He gave us great recommendations about the city, suggested amazing places to go out, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares so much about the guests’ experience. We highly recommend this hostel, especially because of Freddy’s outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much for everything!

Quite a mixed bag in multiple aspects. The location is good for food options, but is also conversely very loud late into the night, especially with the window open in summer, even staying on the top floor. The Ostbahnhof is a ~5-minute walk away, but only once you figure out which exit to use to access the walkbridge since it's not clearly signed at the station and there's lots of construction ongoing. The hostel feels like it tries to be modern with the online check-in and such, but falls flat in terms of the room itself, especially for the price. There's no bed-locker pairing, you only get assigned a locker; there's a fan and safe at your bed which are nice, but storage options otherwise are not good and the fan's rotation mechanism was extremely loud. The lockers are under the bed, but there was more than enough space in the room for a nicer solution. The ladder is awful with very thin rungs. The en-suite was reasonably sized but again suffered from poor storage options. No body wash is provided but there's not even a space for putting your own. Along those lines, a towel is not provided but was only 2e, which is fine but again for the price, I would have expected it to be inc

honestly I have barely anything to compliance about, this place is great. a friend and I stayed here for 4 nights. bathrooms are cleaned everyday, though the water does leak out of the shower a lot. beds are a good size but the blanket is a bit small. they did give us an additional pillow free of charge. great facilities, a bar, roof terrace, kitchen, great location. true standout though was freddi at the reception! he livened up the place and made everyone feel welcome. he genuinely seems to love his job and infected everyone with his amazing energy, even at the reception (which could be a very boring place to be!) I hope he gets the recognition he deserves within the team. the social aspect of a hostels is embodied in staff like him, that actually socialize with their guests. all the love, from the noodles and pesto guests 🤍
