Decent hotel. A bit overpriced for a budget hotel without amenities. Room was comfortable and had no issues, except for the water temperature, which would constantly alternate between scalding hot and freezing cold without a change to the setting.

This was a very disappointing stay, especially considering the high price. The first room we were given had a strong, disgusting smell as soon as we opened the door. The odor filled the entire room and was clearly coming from the bathroom. When we complained, the staff admitted they were already aware of the issue and changed the room. Unfortunately, the second room was not any better. At first it seemed fine, but within a few minutes the same bad smell started spreading again. This clearly shows a broader problem that is not being properly handled. The most frustrating part was the child bed situation. I booked the room via the All Accor app for 3 people, including a child under 6. However, the “Kinderbett” provided clearly states it is not suitable for children under 6. The reception was aware that we had a 3-year-old child, yet no proper solution was provided. Overall, this hotel fails on basic standards. Charging premium prices while delivering such poor quality is simply not acceptable.
