As a family of four we stayed at the apartment and shared a room. It was really well maintained and looked after. The apartment is well located and you can walk nearly everywhere you want to go. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend the apartments to a professionals or vacation goers.

One of the dirtiest places I've ever had the misfortune to be in, there were dead bugs in the lights, hairs on the bed sheets, mold in the bathroom, a terrible smell of damp and cigarettes everywhere. You can also hear the other visitors as if they were in your room, there is no soundproofing whatsoever. Also, do not expect an elevator or any sort of accessibility, if you are on the 4th floor you will have to climb the creaky and leaning staircase in its entirety, feeling every ancient step sink a little under your feet. The shower is also clogged and taking a shower will create a large puddle at your feet. I ended up staying because I arrived very late and tired, the only fortunate thing was that you can do self-check-in at any hour. If I could give 0 stars I would, stay away.

An excellent budget hotel right in the heart of Ulm. Hotel Ulm Zentrum offers outstanding value for money: it is exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The facilities are surprisingly complete for a budget stay — there is a hairdryer, hair straightener, iron, coffee machine, fridge, and a wide variety of coffee and tea available, all thoughtfully provided. The location is another major advantage, as the hotel is very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore Ulm on foot. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the host. The host is extremely kind, welcoming, and hospitable, clearly paying attention to every small detail to ensure guests feel comfortable. We were even allowed to check in early in the morning at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeds expectations in every way for a budget accommodation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience, cleanliness, and warm hospitality in Ulm.

I found this place after leaving a horrible air bnb, it was quick to check in, really easy to find. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the description of the room is exact. They said tight kitchen, it’s tight but I didnt plan on cooking. The bedsheets are clean, and enough towels, and the TV has Netflix so that was a plus.
