The hotel is well located, with spacious rooms and a nice view. The tram stop is just a one-minute walk away. The breakfast is good and there is a large variety of food. The awkward thing is that the bathroom door is transparent. I found the service poor, with the feeling that nobody cares. We arrived with only one towel in our room. We asked for them twice, but still had to wait a long time before receiving them. There were no apologies for the inconvenience, no smile, and not even a simple "goodbye" when we left. Overall, the service was disappointing. The hotel promotes its eco-friendly policy, so there are no plastic water bottles, which is a good idea. However, there is no drinking water fountain or water refill station available either.

Recently enjoyed breakfast at Hotel Lago’s breakfast buffet. I can’t comment on the rooms as I just went for breakfast. We were welcomed by the dining manager as we arrived and he explained where we could find everything. We had our choice of tables and sat outside directly on the water. There were unlimited mimosas and boy, did I indulge! There were fresh waffles and pancakes and an omelette station. I personally felt like the cheese and meat options were a bit lacking but there was more than enough of everything else. If you’re looking to treat someone or maybe celebrate a birthday, I would definitely recommend Lago. It’s a bit pricey for an “everyday breakfast “ but like I said, it was lovely and I’d definitely visit again.

Super nice and modern hotel a bit outside town center. Very comfortable rooms, and with one of the very best breakfast buffets. There is a large terrace outside with views of the small lake, perfect for breakfast or a drink.

Expensive hotel but Dirrrrty, unsanitary, consumables are reused. Bottle water is hotel made, unsealed. Who knows who/what has touched the bottle? And what kind of liquid is filled into this bottle? Slippers are recycled, can clearly see dents from previous users! Floor has multiple stains, sticky too. Definitely dont stay in this soiled place.
