München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Almost no waiting time. Staff and Doctor are very friendly. Best part, the Doctor is very experienced and was able to provide solution to my problem in just a minute.

Terrible Service. The visit lasted 5 minutes and was not accurate. When I asked about an allergic reaction the doctor immediately made some blood analysis then she disappeared. No chance to speak about previous problems and no question has been raised from her side. After two weeks, 3 calls (holding on the line for more than 18 minutes!!) I still don’t have any result, neither by phone, nor by post and it seems not possible to speak to the doctor. Absolutely to avoid!!

Very friendly and customer oriented staff at the reception. Also the doctor himself was really friendly. I really cannot even think of anything they could improve in this respect.

Very unfriendly staff!!! They dedicated me 30 seconds and rejected to answer a very simple question that could have taken another 30 seconds. Will never come back.

Place is nice, people is very friendly. I went once after years without a checkout. I have a small spot in my nose. The first person to see me was a female Dr. She told me we could remove this spot and it will be free of charge. I agreed (who wouldn't?). The appointment comes and as I go, after almost 1 hour waiting, a male Dr. this time tells me that it is not necessary to remove it, and if I want to it costs some €. Although he was super polite all the time, it was a complete waste of my time, I had to cancel a meeting with friends because of this. Really, really unsettling and unprofessional.
