herzlich Willkommen in unserer Praxis für Dermatologie in München. Die Praxis ist sehr schön direkt am Rotkreuzplatz im Herzen Neuhausens gelegen und sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichbar (U-Bahn, Bus und Tram).

Wir behandeln nahezu alle dermatologischen Krankheitsbilder (klassisch und operativ) und stehen Ihnen zudem mit jahrelanger Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Allergologie, der Phlebologie sowie der ästhetischen Dermatologie zur Seite.

They don’t answer the phone anymore. And they don’t offer appointments for regular screenings for public insurance. Guess I’ll have to go by sometime and get my records for the last 5 years when I find a new skin doctor. Never again.

I have gone to Dr. Reinhardt for several years now. He is professional and efficient, as is his staff. I am always called into the office at my scheduled time, and I feel well advised regarding my skin health. He and his staff also embrace technology (e.g., DoctoLib), which clearly contributes to the office's efficiency.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Reinhardt, and although it took me around 3 months to get an appointment, it was absolutely worth the wait. Dr. Reinhardt was extremely competent, friendly, and approachable — a rare combination, especially for expats trying to find a dermatologist who not only speaks fluent English but also gives clear and thoughtful suggestions. Special mention to Mister Robert at the reception — he was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole check-in process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for professional and considerate care.

Dr. Reinhardt is very kind and competent and has helped me solve all of my skin problems. He answers all my questions and never prescribes anything more than what is needed for your skin. He is very straightforward in his approach. His practice is one of the only few in Munich that accept public health insurance for dermatologists, which is highly welcome. The doctor and his team speak English, which has been a saving grace for expats like me - I never feel stressed. They offer appointments easily via Doctolib and alternatively also in person/through telephone and the appointments are almost always available with reasonable wait times. Sometimes when they aren't available, you simply wait a bit and check again or contact them directly. The appointment times are honored and the visit has always been quick and effecient. I have never had to wait more than a few mins. It would be a crime if I didn't talk about the front office staff, especially receptionist Mr. Robert Geier! He's honestly one of the nicest human beings I've met. He's so unbelievably kind and helpful and always returns phone calls, sometimes even when the practice is on a break, just so that as patients are requests a

Something about this office is different than others in Munich. Everyone (including doctors, front desks, nurses, and patients) is super nice, the general atmosphere here is light and happy. On top of that, appointment time is honored, meaning you have an appointment at 9, you’d get seen within 5 min. Let alone Dr Rheinhardt is absolutely competent. What more can you ask for?
