Die online Terminvereinbarung ist einfach gestaltet, ich konnte sehr zügig einen Termin bekommen. Die Damen am Empfang waren aufmerksam und herzlich. Herr Dr. Deußing hat sich bezüglich meines Anliegens ausreichend Zeit genommen und mich super beraten. Der erste Arzt seit Jahren, der sich meine Haut tatsächlich angesehen und nicht nur „über den Schreibtisch hinweg“ diagnostiziert hat. Jederzeit wieder!

After my second child, I came back for the laser treatment that worked the first time on my post-pregnancy spots. After making me wait 1 hour, Dr. Merkel told me that it was not the treatment and that I should come back in winter because it was already sunny and it could make post-laser spots even darker. I came back in winter, and after 1 hour of waiting time. Dr. Merkel told me that it was not the treatment for my skin type and that he was not going to do it. I asked him to have a sort of screening before so I would not waste my time and he roughly told me that he did not make the appointment and that I was using the time of another patient! So rude and unprofessional. Fortunately, I found another clinic where they had the treatment and worked perfectly!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Hautarztpraxis und möchte gerne ein großes Lob aussprechen. Die Ärztinnen und Ärzte nehmen sich immer Zeit, kümmern sich sehr engagiert um ihre Patientinnen und Patienten und man fühlt sich ernst genommen. Ich war bereits bei Dr. Merkel, Dr. Mai, Dr. Wanner und Dr. Hall in Behandlung und habe bei allen durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Egal, bei wem gerade ein Termin frei ist – ich gehe wirklich immer gerne hin. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Dr. Hall: Sie ist sehr menschlich, einfühlsam und fachlich hervorragend. Man fühlt sich bei ihr bestens aufgehoben. Eine Praxis, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

I’ve been coming to this practice for a while now and have high regard for the staff, including Blerina (speaks fluent German, English and Italian) who was so gentle and supportive of me as I was getting my first microneedling treatments. Given how slightly uncomfortable they can be. I am getting wonderful results in such a short period of time! Thank you Dr Christian Merkel for your professional advice.

Came for laser hair removal. Very nice decor and friendly staff. Unfortunately there is no "Vectos" laser as it said on the website and which I was asking for when making an appointment . The one I got treated with works not as good and is not effective.
