München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great little spot. Friendly & welcoming staff — the waitress spoke very good English, removing one of the biggest risks of eating in non-touristy areas in Germany: the language barrier. They seem to mostly be operating on a weekly specials system, so some stuff you see in the photos might not be available on your specific week. They do have a regular menu with some local staples, including schnitzel, but it helps to keep an open mind.

Our first experience or Bavarian Cuisine. The service was quick and friendly. You can see alot of locals as well as some visitors come. Some of the items where a bit salty for my liking. The sausages amd sourkraut are very good. Price is reasonable for the portion size.

Great service & food, super quick. Portions are huge, I could t finish my dish (second pic). The waitress (Jule) was super friendly, attentive, and fast. There is enough space between the tables so that you don’t annoy your neighbor and it is loud enough so that you can talk comfortably without others listening. We reserved for two people on the same day at 6:30pm.
