The place itself is really nice, and I love the interior design. It offers a mixed menu with Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes. However, the sushi was not very great; the rolls and the presentation were decent, but they were filled with too much low-quality rice. Typically, the pieces of sushi should be smaller so that the fish flavor can be appreciated better. I ordered the tempura futomaki rolls, and you could tell they used practically the leftovers of the salmon, which made them very oily and greasy. I'm not sure about the other dishes, but I definitely won’t be back for sushi.

Today,I visited a modern Asian restaurant in Nuremberg ,Germany and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient. This is top tier sushi dining. Really classy place that sets the standards high. Very impressed with the service, food and the general aesthetic. The sushi we had was incredible and there was nothing to fault. The staff were also really attentive and the whole experience was perfect.

Great quality. Unbelievable considering what you are paying and the location. If you are there for lunch, go for the menu. But ordering whatever you want for dinner is also a very good option. Decoration is great too. With modern and sophisticated wood structures that create a nice atmosphere. The only issue was with the wine list. I know we are talking about Germany, but not even the Riesling was decent. Water or beer are the safe bet.
