Als gesetzlich Versicherter sofort eine Termin für 2 Wochen später bekommen und bei diesem nach bereits 5min von sehr freundlichem Personal behandelt worden. Vielen Dank!

Da fühlt man sich wie ein Auto in der Werkstatt. Die Ärztin will nur zum nächsten Termin. Maximal nimmt sie sich 2 Minuten Zeit für ein Patient und redet herablassend mit ihrer Assistentin.

Die Hautärztin war effizient. Sie konnte sich umgehend um mein Anliegen kümmern. Der Assistent und die Frau an der Rezeption waren auch nett. Die Praxis war auch sauber. Es dauerte so viele Wochen für einen Termin. Zum Glück war die Wartezeit kurz.

I was looking for a periodic check-up. I have a pretty delicate skin so I had several questions to ask. I came through public insurance. After waiting for 10 minutes in the room plus other 10 completely naked in a cold room (except underwear), a lady came and she looked pretty annoyed. I kindly asked to have the visit in English, and they agreed. The check-up was pretty superficial and the doctor barely looked at my skin problems besides being pretty annoyed every time I asked something. After a couple of questions she even reminded my time is limited as much as my questions. Just for the records, I waited 35 minutes and she was there for 10. I give three stars only because they allowed me to use English.

🩺 Ich bin über eine Empfehlung zu der Praxis von Frau Dr. Meret Beckers gekommen und muss sagen, dass man sich wirklich Zeit für mein Anliegen und der Behandlung genommen hat. Das ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich, da ja „Fließbandtakt“ bei sämtlichen Arztpraxen herrscht. Sehr nette und kompetente Ärztin, vielen lieben Dank.
