⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to specifically praise Fielmann - your optician on Leopoldstraße in Munich. I have been getting all of my glasses there for many years, and every experience has been excellent. The entire team is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping customers. The service is outstanding, whether it’s choosing new frames, getting an eye test, or having adjustments made. Everyone takes the time to provide personal advice and make sure everything is perfect. After so many years as a customer, I can honestly say that this branch consistently delivers exceptional service and customer care. Thank you to the whole team for always making every visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

A total disappointment… Although we have booked an appointment, we were not assigned a table but instead tried the glasses we ordered over the display case of other glasses. No seat, just standing. Why are we given an appointment then at first place? Another complaint is about the employees… When we were choosing the glasses and asked about her opinion how glasses should look, she was not helping adequately about how the dimensions of the glasses must be to fit nicely to the face. Anyway, we ordered and waited for 2 weeks (can be along time for some and short for other, it is relative). However, when my partner tried the glasses, they were as if measured for another person such that she immediately started getting headache. I think how they did not make the measurements correctly, and all ended up we wasting 2 weeks for waiting for glasses. By the way, we felt under pressure by the constant questions of the employee „What do you want to do? Do you want to return? Should I continue with return?“ Just stay away from this branch if you want to have a chill and comfortable experience by choosing glasses.

Really lovely experience getting the Augen-checkup and then new glasses. The staff were very friendly and helped me in English when my German failed me. I felt supported and the process was easy and not rushed. Highly recommended

My glasses screws kept coming loose, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, I received immediate and very friendly help. A staff member named Alkan fixed them for me carefully and efficiently. What impressed me most was that such attentive service was completely free of charge. Truly great customer service. Will definitely come here again if I need any glasses.

We have always had a very good experience at this Fielmann branch but last weekend we had an exceptionally good experience with Mr. Quintana. He patiently helped our son make an independent decision on which glasses he would like to buy after which he helped me find glasses for myself, 2 hours and not once did he look impatient. We came out of the store smiling at this exceptional 5 star+ customer service we received. Thank you
