Located at Kreillerstraße 172, 81825 München, Feinkost Caffè Italia operates as a café serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7:30 am–5 pm. It is closed on Wednesday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Feinkost Caffè Italia on 089 32744298; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 206 reviews, which is a strong result for a café in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Tasty food, a friendly team. I recommend it!

Lunch is quite tasty, with homemade pasta; there are always three or four dishes to choose from. The price for this menu is on the high side: around EUR 16 for a starter—salad or soup—and a small main course; the portion size is designed for retirees with a small appetite. The atmosphere is okay, a little noisy when sitting outside, and sometimes louder inside when the radio is on. There is a lack of acoustic design here. The service is friendly, but could be a little faster. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Went in for a coffee. They don’t accept card payments under 10 euros - which they only told me when I had got the coffee. Had to buy a croissant I didn’t want, and they were rude because that still wasn’t 10 euros. Allowed me to pay to get rid of me. Not a great service. Coffee ok, nothing special. It’s 2025 - cash is obsolete.

The fruits tartlets are exquisite. Their espresso macchiato is good, a rare find in the area, but without latte art. Cash only, closed on Wednesdays, but open every Sunday. I look forward to trying their freshly-baked croissants on Saturdays and returning for the Bresaola and savory pastries another time.

I stopped here for a brief refreshment after moving to the area, and was so impressed by the friendly service was that I went back for lunch a few days later. I wasn’t disappointed. The pasta is TOP NOTCH, absolutely spot on!! Delicious food, welcoming owners, and a wonderfully chilled space for meeting friends both inside and out. I’ve found my new local favorite :)
