Accidentally I’ve filled the extra fuel tank, (how could I arrange the range while fueling? I’ve filled the full tank) although they’ve seen this issue when I return the car, on the range kilometer, they did not refund back. Even they did not consider and not reply my claim.😞😞

The staff member at pick-up was very approachable and friendly. The whole process was very smooth and quick. The vehicle provided was a new, electric one, in perfect condition. The interior was nice and clean.

People wasn’t friendly at all, a lot of things confusing at this place. I recommend people to do the deal of car renting online only. I don’t recommend this place

Not happy with the behaviour of the personnel. Selfcontent, almost agressive, trying to trick me. Wanted to get rid of a car nobody wanted, seemingly I supposed to be the bird...The car I eventually got was not properly washed, the mats were missing, not cleaned inside. If not in hurry I would not be wasting time with such ones.

Quick and easy process. Vehicle was in great condition at a very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone renting a vehicle in Europe. Pick up site is a short walk from a tram station that takes you to Cologne Central station too.
