Literally, it can be said in one sentence that the best and most responsible car rental service in Cologne is provided by this establishment; everything is absolutely perfect, especially Mr. Deniz Shahin, who is a knowledgeable and kind person with a deep understanding of the customer's concerns.

We've been customer since months, and it was a fine service. Recently, it was a great disappointment to be cheated out of some money here. At pickup, the man at the desk told us to bring the car back with as empty a tank as possible, as the car would go the the garage right after. After giving it back, we were charged nearly 80€ for 3/4 empty tank, way above pump price. All that, even though we especially followed the given instructions. After trying to communicate this with the office, we have been ignored by mail, and by phone. What a schame.
