There was no child seat available even though it was listed in the booking. Staff shifted all blame to the third party provider and claimed they hadn't communicated the request for a seat. They also admitted this had happened before. I don't understand how this is possible, let alone how it can happen repeatedly. Both the rental provider and the platform should take responsibility and make sure bookings are properly communicated. Instead, I was given contradictory replies to get out of responsibility rather than actual help. I was left with a car that was useless to me and my family without the child seat. Next time I'll definitely get the train, even if it's 10x as expensive.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this car rental company. I made a reservation in advance, but when I arrived, they didn’t have the car I booked. To make matters worse, they claimed my ID was invalid, even though another rental company had no issue with it. They didn’t offer any explanation or assistance and simply canceled my reservation. This whole process wasted over 3 hours of my time, and I ended up paying double the price to rent a car from another company. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude, showing no willingness to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Ordered an AUDI Q3, got an Asian car (which can happen, I know). But than also realized that I got a car with manual gears and asked for an alternativ. Would have been willing to pay extra. Nothing available, they said. I searched on EUROPCAR only, same destination, and found others, same class or higher! Not sure if the store staff wasn’t willing. Really disappointing!

Not one to write customer reviews, but after my experience with Europcar, I felt like I had to. Bad customer service, policies and website. Issues throughout the entire process. Started by booking the car and paying online - had to rebook 3 times because the website inventory was not accurate and i received an email or phone call after booking advising me that the car I wanted wasn't actually available. Once it was finally booked, going to pick up turned into a nightmare. despite a credit card on file we were required to bring €300 in cash as a deposit (we didn't know this until we arrived for pick up). Returning the car, we arrived EARLY to drop the car off to make sure we could get the cash deposit back during working hours. however the office worker was sick so no one was in the office so we had to use the drop off. this meant no one was there to give us back the cash. no worries, i had an extra day to get the cash before leaving the city. however, because i was not driver of the car (i did pay for it on my CC and take the money out for the insurance though) i was unable to pick up the cash, despite the driver living in a different city. after back and forth emails, their offic

Great rental service with great customer service support. We rented two cars in a period of two months for a couple of days. First a transit van, and the person for the car park was very helpful and acted very professional. And they gave us a great guidance on everything we asked. The second time we rented a car, and the car had no issues, the customer support went above and beyond on renting us a car. I had call in a day earlier to ask if I could extend my rental for a another day and it was all good and done very quickly and easily.On the day of return everything went smoothly. I definitely will return and do business with you guys again.
