Great experience and good car. Accidentally left an item in the car during after hours drop off. Went back the next morning and they let me retrieve it, no problems.

Confirmed booking, no car provided, and still waiting for a full refund. Munia Hadifi confirmed by email that I would receive the money back within three days, but I am still waiting. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Avoid The company completely ruined my trip, and I am still waiting for my refund. Where is my money? I was promised a full refund in writing because no car was provided. The deadline has passed. I have received nothing. Stop sending automated replies and process my refund immediately

I received top-notch customer service at this location. Somehow I inadvertently reserved a manual car when I needed an automatic. They went out of their way to help me out, and I was incredibly grateful. My only concern was that it was a bit hard to find--it was actually on the opposite corner from where Apple Maps indicated it would be (across Goldgasse). I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. I'm so grateful that they took such good care of me.

I rented a car for 4 days and it was in a perfect condition. The assistant Manager Benedict Hackenbruch is a very nice person. As it was my first time in Köln, he advised me a lot of places to see. 5 stars all.

Hello.. We rented a car from your Cologne Center through Booking on the morning of December 13th. 2 Breslauer Platz, Köln, Germany, 50668 The drop-off location was Siegen. 105, Weidenauer Straße, Siegen, Germany, 57076. We went to the address given to us by Booking.com at 16:00 to drop off the car.. However, we saw that the center was not there.. A citizen told us that it had moved to its new location 1 month ago.. When we went to the new location, it was naturally 16:10 and the center was closed.. We left the car in the box there.. It was written that we could leave it in the box.. After making the necessary checks regarding the car, I request that my credit card provision be refunded. Thank you.. The license plate is WI TX 4944.. Reservation no.. 793988787
