Nach langer Suche habe ich endlich einen Hautarzt gefunden, der auch einen neuen Kassenpatienten annimmt. Mein Sohn musste dringend ambulant-operativ behandelt werden. Der Arzt war freundlich, zugewandt und einfühlsam. Er konnte uns sofort helfen. Schön, dass es auch noch Ärzte gibt, die wirklich heilen wollen und einem nicht nur Schönheitseingriffe anbieten und ansonsten auf Monate hinaus keinen Termin frei haben. 5 Sterne reichen da gar nicht aus.

Wartezeit (bei mir war es eine Stunde) ist nicht optimal - darauf sollte man sich trotz Termin einstellen. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Arzt und dem Team ist ansonsten jedoch rundum positiv: zeitnah als Neupatient einen Termin bekommen, freundliche Behandlung durch das komplette Praxisteam, Arzt macht einen kompetenten, sorgfältigen und auch pragmatischen Eindruck bei der Untersuchung, Behandlung und Therapieempfehlung. Darüber hinaus hatte ich nicht den Eindruck einfach nur abgefertigt zu werden sodass der Arzt schnellstmöglich den folgenden Patienten versorgen kann, sondern dass er sich Zeit für mich und mein Anliegen nimmt - über den Tag staut sich dann natürlich immer mehr Wartezeit auf. Ich bin zufrieden. Es ist nicht leicht als Neupatient überhaupt einen Dermatologen zu finden und bei Herrn Dr.Golsch habe ich mich zudem in guten Händen gefühlt. Weiterempfehlen unter dem Hinweis, dass man sich auf Wartezeit trotz Termin einstellen sollte.

Subject: Concern Regarding Unfair Queue Management on 19 July Message:I am writing to express my concern about the way my appointment was handled on 19 July at 10:45 AM. Although I arrived on time, several individuals who came after me were taken in before my turn. I asked the reception staff twice about the delay, and both times I was told that I was “next.” Despite this, three more people were still allowed to go ahead of me without any explanation. This experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. There appeared to be preferential treatment for certain individuals, and the reception staff did not acknowledge the issue or offer an apology. Eventually, I felt compelled to leave without being seen. I kindly request that the doctor or management review what is happening at the reception to ensure fair and transparent handling of appointments for all patients. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The doctor is very friendly and patient. unfortunately i cannot reach the office on phone for close 3 weeks; every time i call (during the opening hours) there is either a mailbox or nobody picks up.

I have to say the doctor was so nice, polite, and kind. Kindly asked me what's the issue and state the issue in a simple way, I would recommend this clinic but not the employees on the counter :(
