Ich habe mir vor einigen Tagen mehrere Warzen vereisen lassen. Die Behandlung wurde von einer Schwester durchgeführt. Im Anschluss wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich ein entzündungshemmendes Medikament auf die behandelten Stellen auftragen soll. Als ich das Medikament in insgesamt drei verschiedenen Apotheken abholen wollte, wurde mir jedes Mal gesagt, dass kein E-Rezept bei meiner Techniker Krankenkasse hinterlegt sei. Offenbar hatte die Ärztin vergessen, das Rezept zu unterschreiben bzw. freizugeben. Da ich das verordnete Medikament dadurch nicht rechtzeitig anwenden konnte, entzündete sich die behandelte Wunde. Ich musste schließlich einen anderen Arzt aufsuchen, um die notwendige Behandlung zu erhalten. Ich empfinde diesen Ablauf als sehr unprofessionell und enttäuschend, da dieser Fehler vermeidbar gewesen wäre und letztlich zu einer Verschlechterung meines Gesundheitszustands geführt hat!

Die freundlichste Ärztin bei der ich je war. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und sie war sehr kompetent. Gerade das Wissen in anderen medizinischen Fachbereich fand ich sehr gut. So funktioniert ganzheitliche Medizin. Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich.

Ich war mit meiner Partnerin das erste Mal in der Praxis und sind vollkommen zufrieden mit dem Empfang und der Organisation. Es gibt es nicht mehr häufig, dass Kassenpatienten kurzfristig Termine bekommen, aber hier war es möglich, dass meine Partnerin innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Termin bekam. Ich als Privatpatient habe mich ihr angeschlossen und bin wirklich überzeugt von der Praxis, dass ich gerne die Fahrt aus dem Raum Pfaffenhofen in Kauf nehme. Wir beide wurden von Frau Sina Steffens behandelt und waren sofort von dieser jungen Ärztin überzeugt, denn Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, die Untersuchung sehr genau und fachlich kompetent durchgeführt Meine Partnerin bedanken und für die sehr gute Behandlung und auch für die reibungslose Organisation in der Praxis. Die gilt von der Terminabsprache bis zur Beendigung der Behandlung.

she took her time, answered all questions, was very helpful, made the right diagnosis and offered excellent treatment. it's hard to get an appointment and you have to spend some time in the waiting room, though. and there were magazines but no WiFi
