I was really nervous before going due to the negative reviews I read here. The staff were really friendly and the doctor was also friendly – his diagnosis helped me with a struggle I was going through for months. I would go to him again if I have anything else.

The only positives are that the clinic portrayed a multicultural and warm environment with antiques from all over the world, and wait time wasn't as long. However, the doctor is super fast and it feels like he's rushing though the consultation. I went for an over 35 skin care check up. Every single mark or concern I showed, he said.. ah you are Indian, it's ok. ah you are not from here, it's ok. I did follow ups at other clinics and found that they really weren't "ok".

The examination is performed without proper equipment, the approach is rude and arrogant, the doctor tries to kick you out as fast as possible. I left humiliated, and my problem still persists.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The doctor didn’t even bother to listen to my concerns for a single minute. I came in for help with acne, and he arrogantly told me there was nothing to be done. To make things worse, he had the nerve to say that using sunscreen and moisturizer is complete nonsense, and my scars are not significant. I can’t understand how someone like this can even call themselves a doctor when they don’t take the time to properly listen to their patients or provide any real help.

I just went there for a second opinion on a cyst on my back. The procedure at my first dermatologist was being quite painful so I just wanted to hear other alternatives. First Dr. Bill said that the other doctor did it aweful and was surprised that the local anesthesia did not help much. One minute later he said that my first doctor had done everything right. He did not allow me to explain my case, he said that "I talk too much" and I had to stop him several times from removing the cyst right there on a chair, cause I really went there just to hear a second opinion. Not only a contradictory with himself but also unrespectful with the patients. After reading other reviews I am happy that I could stop him from removing my cyst
