Einfach zu ohne Bescheid zu geben! Monate lang auf den Termin zu warten, extra für den Tag frei zu nehmen, Fahrkosten um dorthin zu kommen, und dann vor ner geschlossenen Tür zu stehen, sorry, das ist das aller letzte…! Eine sms, eine email, ein kurzes Telefonat hätte gereicht um mich zu informieren, aber nein, nicht mal ansatzweise dran gedacht. Asoziales Verhalten…. …. ich empfehle an andere Betroffene eine formlose Beschwerde bei der KVB und der Krankenkasse einzureichen.

Ich habe mich nach der Hautkrebsvorsorgeuntersuchung gefragt, ob 5 Minuten genug Zeit sind um eine gründliche Untersuchung durchzuführen. Trotz Hinweis meinerseits dass ich vor 5 jahren bereits eine Tumorerkrankung hatte wurden meine Beine garnicht angeschaut.

Hautkrebsscreening war schnell und unkompliziert. Leider wurde ich zu meinem Termin zur Entfernung eines Muttermals nicht informiert, dass die Praxis geschlossen ist – stand nur vor verschlossener Tür. Neuer Termin erst Monate später möglich. Insgesamt enttäuschend organisiert.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden! Dr. Blasini ist sehr kompetent, vertrauenswürdig und nimmt sich viel Zeit. Sie hört aufmerksam zu und geht individuell auf alle Anliegen ein, sodass man sich bestens aufgehoben fühlt. Auch das Empfangsteam ist ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wartezeit war absolut im Rahmen. Eine Praxis, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!
