Die Behandlung selbst ist sehr professionell. Die Wartezeit hält sich auch total in Grenzen. Heute bin ich direkt drangekommen ohne das Wartezimmer überhaupt zu betreten. Von der Seite bin ich super zufrieden. Heute wollte ich allerdings über meine Rechnung sprechen, da ich mindestens eine der Positionen, eigentlich auch mehr, definitiv nicht als gerechtfertigt sehe. Erstmal noch kein Grund eine Rezession zu schreiben. Man kann ja darüber reden. Dachte ich zumindest. Letztendlich war ein klärendes Gespräch nicht möglich. Die Ärztin hat sich genau einen Satz zeitgenommen, nachdem ich das drei mal ansprechen wollte. Und dieser Satz wurde mir aus dem Nebenzimmer zugerufen. Von der Seite bin ich leider absolut nicht zufrieden, weder von der Vorgehensweise der Rechnungsstellung, noch vom Umgang mit einer Nachfrage

I book an appointment online and it was cancelled because I did not answer a call made during one of my meetings. I then made a reservation on phone. The front office did not record it and on the appointment day told me that I had no appointment. After insisting that I had an appointment and explaining how unprofessional they were I was given a hurried appointment of barely 15 mins on the day after 1.5 hours or so. I now get an invoice of 149+Euro with a 16+Euros for "ärztliche Beratung erhöter Zeitaufwand" and 32+ euros for an "Untersuchung" that barely happened. I seem to the only one who faced this. And I can only assume that the office prefers German patients.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich bin unfassbar glücklich mit dem Ergebnis meiner Tattooentfernung. Ich kam mit großen Sorgen zum weglasern, wurde hier aber von einer unglaublich sympathischen, freundlichen und kompetenten Ärztin empfangen. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben und ehrlich beraten. Die Praxis arbeitet mit dem modernsten Pikosekundenlaser, was sich definitiv auszahlt, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut top. Wer eine kompetente, ehrliche und menschliche Betreuung beim Tattoo-Weglasern in München sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
