Ich war heute zum Hautkrebs-Screening in der Praxis und bin wirklich rundum begeistert. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und bestens organisiert. Trotz des Praxisalltags lief alles pünktlich und strukturiert ab, sodass ich mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Ein besonderes Lob gilt Frau Dr. Melanie Klijn. Sie hat sich viel Zeit genommen, ist auf alle meine Fragen und Bedenken eingegangen und hat mich jederzeit ernst genommen. Alle Untersuchungen und Empfehlungen wurden verständlich erklärt, sodass ich mich sehr gut informiert gefühlt habe. Fachlich wirkte sie äußerst kompetent und vertrauenswürdig. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass ich nie den Eindruck hatte, mir würden unnötige Untersuchungen oder Behandlungen empfohlen. Stattdessen stand eine ehrliche, individuelle und medizinisch sinnvolle Beratung im Vordergrund. So wünscht man sich einen Arztbesuch. Vielen Dank an Frau Dr. Klijn und das gesamte Praxisteam – ich kann die Praxis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Ich war in der Privatpraxis Dermatologie am Friedensengel und bin mit meinem Besuch rundum zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Frau Dr. med. Aline Schirra. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für die Untersuchung genommen, alle Fragen verständlich beantwortet und eine äußerst kompetente, gründliche und professionelle Beratung durchgeführt. Dabei habe ich mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Terminvergabe war schnell und unkompliziert und die gesamte Behandlung verlief sehr angenehm. Frau Dr. Schirra überzeugt nicht nur durch ihre fachliche Kompetenz, sondern auch durch ihre freundliche, empathische und vertrauensvolle Art. Eine Praxis, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann. Vielen Dank für die hervorragende Betreuung!

I would like to share my experience here, just my personal feelings about the negative part. 1. The treatment is very professional and the clinic environment is very pleasant, these three stars are for the professional medical staff. 2. The price is not transparent. This is also the point that makes me feel most uncomfortable. The doctor told me the price was 1500€, which was exactly in my budget. So I had the treatment done immediately. However, when I checked out, I was told that the bill was closer to 1800€ and that 1500€ was the price before tax. I think in Germany people usually only talk about the price after tax by default. So I didn't ask if it was before or after tax when the doctor told me the price. To be confirmed if this behavior is illegal or not. To be honest 1800€ was above my budget and if I had known this final price before the treatment, I would not have chosen to do the treatment on both face and neck. Also, my friends told me that the price for the same area was not the same in the recent past, I don't know what the reason is. 3. When the doctor recommended Dr. Mi's products, I chose to buy them directly from the clinic. However, when I got home, I found out

Dr. Miriam Rehbein is an amazing and very caring Doctor I have been in her care for a couple years and I am always amazed how great she. I have recommended a lot of people and everybody is so happy with her work !!! I travel a long distance to just see her and get my procedures done by her Thank you sooo much and hope to see you soon

I have done laser treatment 3 days before. It is difficult to perform laser treatment on Asian skin. However it went very well.Dr. Miriam Rehbein has taken care of it without any problem. Infact, it seems my skin started recovering very soon from the treatment. Doctors are experienced and handles your problem accurately. Moreover,if you have any doubts regarding the treatment you may get it clarified even via email. Overall,my experience was really good at Dermatologie am Friedensengel.
