Worse hospital i have ever visited in Germany yet. In emergency case also staff says to wait you until doctor available so we have waited for 3 hours and we didn’t called by anyone so we change the hospital Really waste service i have ever been get yet in Germany.

Don't go to this hospital after you met with an accident because waiting for doctor is 3 hours minimum when I asked the receptionist they said doctor is busy with another work and I was getting lots of pain and blood bleeding from my leg .. waste hospital.

First time in a German hospital with mixed feelings. Family doctor spent me here for additional testing, which took three days in the end (!). Communications was poor and I had no idea I have to spend here so long. Staff was nice in general, although the doctors were overly cautious and I got the feeling they're keeping me there just in case. Food was below average and last "meal" (two slices of bread and cup of tea) was served around 17. After that, good luck until the breakfast. They also discussed my health status in front of other patients, which was strage as this is confidential information. I also know quite a bit about the health status of the others. There was some sort of vaccination they gave me every evening (against embolism maybe) which they were not really able to justify. Felt I had no option of declining although didn't fully know what they're injecting in me. Why are there no hand towels in the bathroom? How are you supposed to maintain your hygiene?

I have been to the emergency room here twice and have only had positive experiences. The staff were friendly and courteous. I was in and out in under two hours, which I thought was pretty quick considering it was a weekend both times. The doctors were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We came to this hospital because they have an ENT/HNO department in the emergency room. Very grateful!

Detail oriented and efficient. I would like to thank everyone from the Ambulance crew to Drs and nurses for 4 days in the hospital completely free. However I have 2 friendly advice. First do not judge people by apperance. The Ambulance crew were a bit skeptical whether I was really having serious food poisoning till I passed out inside the Ambulance. No misunderstanding, I love my own appearance but they became unfriendly at first because they were probably expecting a white American because of my English on the phone, not a Middle eastern guy. Second, be transparent. After 2 days they were not dismissing me without telling me why. I only found out the last 24h that poison was found in my blood and they were waiting to see the level go down to release me. Baset Rastgar
