i don't know why and what happen with this hospital. First time i have bad experience like this, they ask me to do blood and urine test in Laboratory. also doing surgery for me. but they didn't give me the result of test and the surgery proposal. Also they said i supposedly have bed rest around 6 week and i did to sign there. But they don't give me the paper about my condition? How i know what happen to me but you guys doing surgery? It's malpractice. So unclearly and danger. I send few time the email asking what i need and trying to reach by call. Also doesnt work. Can you explain? Thank you

I was admitted to the emergency department and it was really quicker than expected land after the check up, I was transferred to the station for a few days. The service was really good and the staff is also good. Please keep it up and help the needful like this. Thanks for your service.

Dr. Plantl and the plastic surgery staff at St. Josef is the best I've ever seen. I had to get 4 major surgeries after my weight loss. I have no complaints. I stayed in station 9 each time. The staff has been very welcoming, it's nice that they remember me each time, when they see my name on the list the old nurse I had came and stop by to say a quick "hello" asked how I've been recovering. I don't speak German but the staff has tried to speak english to me and even use Google translate which is very nice to take time to do that. The room is nice comes with a nice TV, they give you headphones if you want to watch, the bathroom has a walk in shower and a stool to sit down if your not comfortable standing up yet. I'm so happy to have my surgeries here before heading back to the States. Thank you Professor Dr. Plantl, Dr. Heine, Dr. Brebant, Dr. Zimney, Dr. Diesch, Dr. Heumann, and Dr. Oliver played a big part making me feel comfortable. Thank you

I came to the ER with horrible abdominal and back pain. The check in staff was incredibly rude, and on their cell phones the entire time. I saw a female gynecologist who was unprofessional, rude, and was telling me how I should feel and like I was making it up. Took over 3 hours to discharge me. My husband has been to the ER here with kidney problems and he was treated the same way. My son has had surgery at this hospital as well and same experience with the staff. I've told my doctors we will no longer be taking referrals to this hospital, we will drive further. Never been to a hospital that every staff I've encountered seems to hate their job and they're miserable. Super unprofessional and rude bunch.

Positive emergency room experience! The check-in staff were all kind, helpful, and competent. The doctor listened and took time to give me a full assessment, trouble shoot, and fully explain every part of my tests and treatment there. I was very thankful and impressed! I highly recommend this hospital in Regensburg.
