For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.
Opening hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 am–6 pm. It is closed on Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Cafe Grass on 089 775879; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, cafe-grass.de.
Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 232 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Took a strawberry cake from here to work for my birthday, and it was a big success! I came back on a Sunday afternoon to try a different cake; they had this Bierkuchen (beer cake) for Oktoberfest; it's not bad, but I loved the Erdbeerkuchen (Strawberry cake) way more and would definitely recommend trying a slice with Sahne (cream)! Not all of the employees speak English, but they are kind enough to get the other employee who speaks English to come help. The waitress is also very kind and sweet.

Cakes are very good but a lady who serves in cafe is too slow! She needs 5 times more time then the slowest waiter I ever met to make a simple bill for coffee and cake!!! This is really boring and kind of disrespecting other guests who are in hurry.
