About Biergarten Nymphenburg

Located at Schloß Nymphenburg 30a, 80639 München, Biergarten Nymphenburg operates as a restaurant serving München in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in München keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 16 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Great atmosphere, but the service was not the best. I didn’t tip because the food was just okay (not bad, but pretty mediocre imo) while the prices were high. As soon as I clicked the “no tip” button on the card machine, the waiter made a very annoyed face, turned around, and started ignoring me. He didn’t even give me a chance to explain why I didn’t tip. The biergarten was very cozy, but I don’t think I’ll visit again. It was very rude.

While the outside seating arrangement is good, the tarte flambée I had was decent but was just piled on herbs and almost nothing else, as well as the menu having no drinks on it, and no website made it hard to judge the pricing here. And our server was quite rude, though he was quick, his attitude towards me and my party seemed to be looking down on us when asked a question, as with the drinks.

I love it 🥰 Beer and sausages are extremely good! Also dessert is awesome 🤩 The staff are helpful and friendly too! I hope I will be here again.

Great food. Hearty but also tasty. And lighter dishes too, such as a wonderful beef soup or tarte flambé.
