Just spend a week in the Horse stable first floor loft with 5 people. It wasa great price and very spacious. 4 bedrooms with doubles beds, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen / living room area. It alos seemed you could have two or three more guest beds if you wanted in the main areas. The area is very clean an quite even though it is central to berlin with transport very close to get around. We had an amazing week thanks to this place and highly recommend it if you plan to stay in berlin. They also have several smaller places for couples that looks just as good.

Don't look further. We booked the Workshop with our family for a week during Christmas and it was great. The spacious and well-equipped apartment is located in a quiet courtyard. Very attractive, made of brown brick. The neighborhood is quiet, not touristy. Public transport is just a short walk away, busses, tram (M10), S-bahn (Westhafen) of U-Bahn (Birkenstrasse). Highly recommended. We very well may come again.

Stayed in an apartment here for a few nights last fall. I would definitely return. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe, grocery store within walking distance.

Having stayed in many serviced apartments and vacation rentals I can honestly say that this was one of my favourites! The apartments we had booked were extremely spacious, well kitted out, quiet, super clean, and the outside areas very well kept and welcoming. The team looking after us was prompt, friendly and the owner very welcoming and great to talk to. We’ll be back!

This was an amazing stay in Berlin!!! Would definitely stay at this loft again next time I’m back. My friends and I booked it for a couple of nights and it was perfect, we had a beautiful courtyard with plants and seating for relaxing, the apartment itself was nice and open with stunning brick walls and a huge bathroom with an amazing shower. We had a tv & WiFi to enjoy shows or play music and the couches were comfy enough to sleep on! Also the host is sooo so kind!! He was happy to answer any questions during our stay, AND he is helping me retrieve some items that I left at the loft which is not an easy task!! Beautiful apartment, gorgeous courtyard and very hospitable host, definitely come stay here :)
