Amazing property. We stayed in apartment 6 as two families sharing. Beds were really comfortable and shower was excellent. Great location near to S Bhan station and local bakery. Thanks Ben and Simon!

I have stayed at this hotel before with a larger group, and our experience was phenomenal. The service was excellent, and I was so impressed that I booked with them again for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately, this second experience left me disappointed. Due to my baby falling ill with high fevers the day before our trip, I reached out to the hotel to ask if they could switch our booking to the following weekend (I saw that my same room was available), I wasn’t asking for a refund—just to move the dates. However, they denied my request outright, charged me the full booking and didn’t offer any form of credit or meaningful discount for a future stay. Instead, they emailed me a “new offer,” which was simply for the same price I had already paid. For couples or travelers who are 100% sure their plans won’t change, this hotel is a wonderful choice. The accommodations are great, and the service was excellent during my first stay. But if you’re traveling with children or if there’s even a slight chance your plans might need adjusting, this hotel may not be the best choice, as unexpected circumstances don’t seem to be met with understanding or flexibility.

We had an amazing stay in Berlin! Thanks to the whole team of BENSIMON apartments - they did a great job from the welcome until the goodbye! Especially the communication was super easy, friendly and extremely fast! The apartment was perfectly clean and reminded us on a boutique hotel - super stylish! We can just recommend these apartments 👏🏼🥳

Great place to stay for a group of friends and families. We felt definitely like home when opened the door and discovered a Christmas tree in the living room🎄😍 and unexpected compliments as a bottle of sparkling wine, water plus chocolate on the table! Super clean, stylish, modern and cozy apartment, fully equipped, very comfortable beds and a big dinner table. We found there the everything what we needed and even more. Hosts are very helpful, provided us cool tips for a places to visit. Officially our favorite place to stay in Berlin and recommend to the friends!

Great apartment. Large for big family or group with modern furniture and comfortable setting. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it. We met Ben who was very friendly and is very easy to get a hold of for any issues or recommendations.
