Food is generally pretty good. Was there for large event across the street, which I think was unexpected and may have overwhelmed the kitchen. Service was comically slow (maybe an hour). I suspect when there are not many people that it'd be a good time.

Taste fine but waiting time is super long (1.5hr from ordering to serving)! Also the waiters are not professional at all — they forgot our orders several times and did not know which items are sold out.

As a hotel restaurant, this one stands out. The menu interprets Bavarian cuisine in a very concise, yet still comprehensive way: pork, beef, fish, vegetarian all represented. The dishes are creatively yet agreeably interpreted, in a hearty manner - like this "Bavarian burger". The portions are quite generous. The prices moderate for the area. The service very friendly and pretty prompt even during a busy time. The venue rather on the quite, comfy side, also despite the busy traffic. Overall: definitely recommended.

Don't get the bad reviews. Maybe that is for the hotel ? The food here is superb as are the wine recommendations by Rusmir who is a very articulate and amusing guy. I'd go with what he recommends as the food and wine pairings were spot on. In this guy you feel like you've made a genuine friend and not just the usual standard chit chat service. It is just what you need after the show. Good honest and funny banter. With great fulfilling food. I will definitely come back. Not for the hotel. For the restaurant.

This is a good restaurant of a “chain nature”, with the basic Bavarian cuisine you would expect in a restaurant like this. The staff is friendly and nice, but everything takes a fair bit of time. The food is good, but nothing to write home about. The menu is pretty small, so if you don’t like traditional Bavarian cuisine , this probably isn’t the place for you.
