Rooms are well maintained and clean. Room code instead of card which is a plus. Comfortable beds and well placed within the suburbs.

I stayed here for one night with my 4 month old baby. The room itself was basic but acceptable. However, the lack of a kettle in the room is a significant oversight, especially for guests travelling with infants who need to prepare formula. In the evening, I asked reception for hot water and a gentleman kindly filled my flask without any issue. Unfortunately, the situation the following morning was completely unacceptable. When I approached reception again, a young lady on reception refused to provide hot water, stating that it was only available to guests who had paid for breakfast. I explained clearly that I needed the hot water to prepare milk for my baby, yet she continued to refuse and repeated that I would need to pay for breakfast. Expecting a parent to purchase breakfast just to access hot water for a baby is unreasonable and lacks basic compassion. This is not simply about inconvenience it reflects very poor customer service and a lack of understanding of essential needs. Policies should never be applied so rigidly that they override basic decency, especially when it comes to caring for an infant. While the room itself was adequate, this experience significantly impact

The hotel is very good. For the price paid, it provides an excellent accommodation unit and a pleasant stay. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The breakfast is very correct and will satisfy all your nutritional needs. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive I recommend this place
