Ayouma - Yoga, Movement & Expression

Update on 23 July 2026: A repeated session confirmed that Laura at Mantra Moves (Thursday class) consistently delivers an engaging experience, both in terms of the movements and the overall spiritual connection of the class. The rooms are well ventilated and conducive to practice. Currently my favourite yoga class. ———————- My first time at Ayouma with Laura from Mantra Moves was a really special experience. Her flow choreography built up to a beautiful peak with music. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the mantra singing at first, but it ended up being deeply touching on a spiritual level. It was both an amazing workout and a meaningful inner experience. I even learned a bit about Ganesha, though I couldn’t quite shape the figure properly. Thank you Laura! We‘ll be back!

Sehr liebevolles Studio.

It’s an excellent yoga studio, quite spacious and with excellent vibe in my opinion. The best thing for me is that, they also have a dedicated yoga class in English on Tuesdays handled by a very competent teacher :)
