Karma Obscura in Nürnberg-Gibitzenhof bietet persönliche Yogastunden für alle Levels – kleine Gruppen, Einzelunterricht und achtsame Vinyasa- & Hatha-Flows, die Körper und Geist stärken. In entspannter Atmosphäre passe ich Übungen individuell an, achte auf Schmerzprävention und Mobilität. Inklusion steht in meinen Yogastunden an forderster Stelle. Sowohl Körperbehinderungen, also auch psychische Erkrankungen und Neurodivergenz wird hier berücksichtigt. Hier wird Yoga als sicherer Ort gelebt.

Meine Kurse sind traumasensitiv, in genderneutraler Sprache gehalten und bieten Menschen der LGBTQAI+ Szene einen safe(r) space!

Hatte super viel Spaß beim Metal-Yoga und veganen Brunch ☺️ Das Studio ist sehr schön eingerichtet und im Sommer angenehm klimatisiert. Jasu ist eine humorvolle, empathische Yogalehrerin mit viel Awareness für die Individualität ihrer TeilnehmerInnen. Die Yogaeinheit war schön ausgewogen mit anstrengenderen und entspannteren Passagen. Besonders haben mir ihre Affirmationen wie "Du musst jetzt gar nichts leisten, du darfst einfach nur da sein." gefallen. War danach sehr entschleunigt und entspannt. Die Auswahl beim anschließenden Brunch war auch super! Ich komme gerne wieder 😇

Mein erstes Yoga Studio, in dem ich mich total wohl fühle und welches ich nur weiterempfehlen kann. Sonst habe ich mich immer geschämt, weil ich Bewegungsabläufe nicht machen konnte- hier werden immer auch Alternativen angeboten, sodass jeder mitmachen kann.

Was für eine entspannende Yogastunde. Und ein megaleckerer Brunch. Metal und Yoga ist Yin und Yang, passt super zusammen. Und Jasu hat eine tolle Stimme, man kann sich richtig fallen lassen. Sie leitet sehr präzise und liebevoll die Asanas und Flows an und auch die musikalische Untermalung war sehr stimmig. Danke nochmal für die tolle Erfahrung.

Wundervoll! Ich durfte am Metal Yoga mit veganem Brunch teilnehmen und bin rundum begeistert. Gleich beim Betreten des Studios habe ich die sichere und wohltuende Atmosphäre, in der jede*r willkommen ist und einfach sein darf, wahrgenommen. Das ist sicher ein Zusammenspiel aus Jasus wohltuend herzlicher und warmer Art und der hellen und liebevoll detaillierten Einrichtung der Räumlichkeiten. Auch die Yogapraxis war sehr angenehm und es wurde Rücksicht auf individuelle Möglichkeiten und Wünsche gelegt. Dass Yoga mit meinem Musikgeschmack kombiniert war und ich dann auch noch in toller Gesellschaft vegan brunchen konnte - eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Ich komme gerne wieder zu einem Event.

Wundervolle Yogalehrerin mit einem wundervollen Studio in welchem wundervolle Kurse gehalten werden ❤️ hier ist für jede Person etwas dabei. Egal in welcher Form sich dein Körper aktuell befindet. Jasu passt ihre Kurse und die Posen genau auf ihre Teilnehmer*innen an, sodass auch Personen mit körperlichen Beschwerden (Knie, Rücken, Gelenke etc.) ohne Probleme teilnehmen können.
