I already did 2 private face yoga classes with Natsu, plus the initial personal consultation. I have to say I loved every minute! Each excercise I’ve been taught is fully personalised for my face and the goals I want to achieve and Natsu is taking every request seriously, with a lot of passion, care and attention to details. After a few weeks of practicing everyday, I was surprised to notice how my hooded/puffy eyes improved and how my expression feels more relaxed. Now face yoga has become an essential part of my skincare routine either in the morning, evening or both, my face is truly glowing!!! Thank you Natsu ✨

I've had such a wonderful experience taking face yoga classes with Natsu! Her warm and approachable personality made me feel completely at ease. She explained every movement clearly, and motivates you to keep going while the exercises are effective. Natsu creates such a supportive and positive environment that makes it easy to stay consistent and enjoy the process. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their facial wellness in a friendly and welcoming setting!

I had a lovely experience at my face yoga sessions with Natsu. She really took the time to understand some of my concerns and health issues that affect my body, my posture and the tension on my face muscles. She is very patient and conducts the sessions in a very calming and encouraging way. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Meeting Natsu has been a true gift in the last month! She’s a true “Face Yoga Angel” and really makes miracles! Why? Well, besides being a lovely person (very friendly, supportive and funny), she is an excellent teacher: patient, detailed-oriented, precise and, above all, supportive. I started my journey into this new world just three weeks ago, but I can already see the results! Even my family and friends noticed them. The eye area is smoother and fresh looking and the face line has definitely lifted. She provided me with very useful tips and a tailor-made programme to be followed, super clear and well-structured. Indeed, lessons can be followed online and in person in the welcoming Natsu’s studio in Nürnberg. I love both options, as I can practice everywhere! I am so passionate about the programme that I even practice at home, twice a day for 15 mins (honestly also in the office and the gym, can’t live without it!). Last but not least, Natsu’s guidance has been a boost of motivation and self-confidence: I feel more empowered, my face is shining and I am happy! I even use less make up. Grazie Natsu!

Nothing but 110% positive things to say about Natsu and her face yoga studio. Beyond her warm personality and wonderful sense of humor, Natsu combines professional qualification with a strong desire to support her clients' personal health journeys. My sessions were always finely tailored to my personal wellness focus areas and I left every session feeling noticeably better than when I arrived.
