München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. I went out completely satisfied. I prepared my glasses within a week ahead of schedule. I was served in a very professional way. I don't speak German. There was an employee named Dietze. She was very cooperative and was more careful than me for myself. Thank you Apollo and thank you again Dietze👏🏻

Honestly? Absolutely not recommendable. I booked my first vision test in about 15 years at the advice of my Augenartzt as I may need glasses. I wasn’t aware of the process with Apollo, or if I definitively needed glasses so I booked without a “Brillenberatung”. Upon arrival I had a really helpful colleague perform a pre-test before I was taken to another room for the full assessment. I was immediately told that they would not share the results of the assessment as I wasn’t purchasing glasses that day (again - I didn’t even know if I needed them). Fine, I thought, but I expected to have some kind of information about the results. I have a pre-existing sight problem (that cannot be corrected by glasses), I explained the issues I have experienced and it took a long time to convince the colleague of this. Once the test was complete I was just told that yes, I need glasses and quickly read out a few numbers. I asked what exactly that meant and was given a really impatient response. She took no time to understand my concerns or the information I was trying to obtain. Eventually she threw the results into a trash can and we finished up the meeting. I left none the wiser and really dis

The lady is very patient and helps me out to replace the nose pads of my glasses despite I came to the store just few minutes before they close.

Very impatient with customers. Please dont go here if you dont speak German. You could see that they are clearly judging you and a feeling of disgust in their face. Of course we tried our best to speak in german but after sometime it was too complicated for us to understand and they were easily annoyed by this. There was no help from them when we wanted to search for frames.
