The manager seems to imagine this as a zero effort job. Communication very difficult, he will not accept phone calls but insists on whatsapp messages in German. When the lock to our room will not lock and ge is unavailable, we have to leave for our only hours in Passau so we have to take everything of value with us. When we get back we find our door wide open bc he misunderstood the messages and remotely opened it instead of locking it. We never even saw his face or got his name. It's like they think remote hosting means they don't have to make the slightest effort and just rake in money. We won't be going back.

Booked an apartment in Passau via Booking.com. The apartment was dirty, the bed had clearly been used, there were used towels in the bathroom, and the host was completely unreachable. Booking support also ignored the issue for hours. Four people had to sleep in one bed and we even had to buy towels ourselves. Completely unacceptable experience.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! this is the dirtiest room I have ever seen. When contacting the accommodation we were ghosted with the message that our complaint is being checked but nothing happened. We had to leave town as we had no habitable accommodation for the night. Full of dust, hair of strangers and stained bed covers. 2 bathrooms shared with all 6 rented apartments. A dirty small room for almost 120€ per night - it is nothing less than inhumane to rent out this place. If you did not read the review before booking this place, you can report it to booking and Gesundheitsamt Passau (Department of sanitation) afterwards to prevent others from this trap.

Beware of this fraudulent accommodation!! I paid online for my stay and I didn't receive the access codes, normal accommodation will refund your payment back to your account but no one responds here and the platform through which I booked the accommodation also has no information. I understand that the owners probably don't have money in this difficult time and have to commit fraud but they came across a person who won't let it go. I am ready to visit the accommodation in person just because of the principle, because I won't leave the €90 I paid to fraudulent accommodation. I publicly call on you to negotiate, otherwise I promise you that you will have an unpleasant confrontation with me in person.

I had an amazing stay at 24-7 Apartment Passau! The rooms are incredibly spacious, perfect for a whole family to enjoy without feeling cramped. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to everything in the city. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, family-friendly stay in Passau! Definitely a 5-star experience!
