München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Very disappointing accommodation dirty, uncomfortable and nothing like we expected. The room was in a very poor and unhygienic condition and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. It looked significantly different from the photos we had seen when booking. The beds were extremely small and uncomfortable, particularly for taller guests. Two of our guests are over 1.80 m tall, and the beds were far too short for them. The way the beds were positioned also left very little space between them, making the sleeping arrangement even more uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper provided, which is a very basic necessity that should be available upon arrival. We also had to pay approximately €23 extra for parking. This additional charge was not mentioned on Booking.com when we made the reservation, and we only found out about it after we had already checked in. One of the most frustrating aspects was that we were unable to reach the property/host when we encountered these problems. Overall, the cleanliness, condition of the room, sleeping arrangements, unexpected additional parking cost and lack of communication were far below what we expected.

The entrance is a gate with a chain and lock gate. Location and rooms are not bad for the price. Bring everything they don’t even provide hand wash soap in the toilet. Surprisingly there were towels. I don’t know how many stars this should get. But if you want to sleep somewhere in the night and use toilet then a double bed room for €50 is still alright
