Fantastic and helpful staff; David really helped me in a potential difficult situation with my pick up due to delay in me arriving by train in Cologne.

One employee in the reception doing 20 tasks at the same time because it is only her in the agency. The queue grows and the stress gets worse. Besides that, why do they ask for an on-line check in with ID if they disconsider this on the agency and ask you the same documents again?

Worst customer service ever. Although I had a confirmed reservation they were not able to lend me any car. Apparently there was an unnamed error shown in their system and I was asked to call a hotline. While in the station I had to mess with a speech computer. The back office then called the station attendant but was unable to help. I was sent away without a car, the booking already paid and an email I should contact. Now I have to invest even more time to get my money back. Luckily enterprise was able to lend me the required truck and was only half the price.

Definitely will never use again. I rented a van from them which had already 48 different logged points of damage. After a short drive where I was with the van the whole time and no incidents happened, they gave me a charge of almost 700€ for damage that would've been impossible to occur without me noticing it. Am I supposed to believe that they will happily rent out a van with 48 pieces of damage on it, but on the 49th suddenly they care about getting it fixed..? Obviously I should've tried to take more precautions against getting taken advantage of, but I don't find the excuse of "you didn't make it literally impossible for us to take advantage of you" acceptable for a company that I'm willing to use.
