I booked a car for four days at a cost of 401 euros; it was supposed to be a BMW X3, as indicated on the Sixt website, but after making the payment, I was informed that the car ready for me was a Volvo XC60. For this reason, I cancelled the reservation, but now I have been told that I will be charged a cancellation fee—something I consider a scam.Because if I had known about the Volvo XC60, I would have found another company for 200 euros as well.

Worst service from Sixt. They cancelled our booking without any valid reason. Made us travel places to pick up the car and then cancelled the booking. Please believe the negative reviews and DO NOT BOOK A CAR FROM SIXT UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPOIL YOUR TRIP. pathetic customer service. They will just beat around the bush and keep transferring your call to 10 people. Worst car rental service.
