The staff is friendly and helpful. But the gas tank of the car which we get is not full.

once again I am convinced that this company does not know how to provide high-quality services, the car is not prepared, dirty from the outside inside, smoky, the seats burned with cigarettes. The worker who delivered the car is rude. if you have the opportunity, do not contact this company!!!!

We had a really good experience with Enterprise Car Rental. We have reserved it online 3 days before we needed it and the process was super easy on Rentalcars.com. Everything was super except for 1 thing that could have been explicitly mentioned in the "documents/things you need to bring" section. What RentalCars.com or Enterprise don't tell you is that you need a credit/debit/ec card in your name. I had only contactless on my phone with me + my wife's cards, so I had to go back home on the day of pickup and that was quite a hassle. Contactless implementation would have been so great, or an alternative online payment as well. Apart from this small hurdle or future improvement, everything was perfect. Marcus Alvarez had handled everything for us. We were super satisfied with him. He was a kind person and very easy to talk and he was extremely patient with all of our questions. He also answered them with clear precise answers. We booked a VW Polo and unfortunately we got a Ford. It was kind of a bummer at first, but it turned out to be an upgrade. The car was super clean, neat and had all the new tech like lane assist with active assist and automatic speed control based on the

The car was great and very clean, but their employee incentivizing system is causing them to be very (very) pushy when they try to sell you upgrades and extras. It's not a great experience when and the employee is giving you a face when you refuse to pay more for the various upgrades and extras is pushing your way.
