The lady at the information post (1) kept looking at me up and down and held me waiting for over 15 minutes.Did not cooperate a little bit to empathize that I do not know any german. I don't know the reason she has to be like that to others, but it clearly says about the enviroment she and the others relate to and is disgusting, I did not know discrimination was still a thing in the diverse and beautiful city.

The doctors are very nice and professional but I’m giving it a one star because I came to the emergency care with my father, we came in an ambulance I stepped outside from the back door for some fresh air after his tests since it was open during that time and didn’t know my way back, so I entered through the main entrance and obviously I didn’t know how to get there the woman at the reception was disrespectful and rude , she shouldn’t have a job at the hospital if she’s unable to emphasize with people ASKING WHERE THE EMERGENCY ROOMS ARE. My German isn’t perfect, but it’s not bad but I’ve had a rough day so I just asked in German where the Notfall rooms are and she kept correcting me saying notfallambulnaz rooms and i genuinely couldn’t care less what it’s called but because she was saying ambulance it confused me since it’s 6am and I only had 2 hours of sleep then I asked if I could speak in English and in a scolding and disgusting tone she raised her voice and said no then meanly told me which way to go as if she was scolding a toddler. She shouldn’t have her job, she should be fired and go work at a tattoo store with that attitude.

I’ve had a very unfortunate experience with this hospital. I was sent by my doctor ( a specialist in the problems I had) to this hospital with a letter saying very clearly that I needed immediate attention and a surgery. The young woman in the “notfall” reception was very rude and after I showed her the document her question was:” Was wollen Sie denn?”. I explained to her that I was sent there, she asked me if I can “hold” the pain and come back next week(?????). After I insisted that I had pain, she made some calls and found someone to see me. A young doctor talked to me for about 5 min, barely examined me and told me that I don’t have what my previous doctor described, gave me pain medication, told me to drink more water etc and sent me back home. I don’t recommend this place at all! I tried another hospital, where they immediately took me, were extremely kind and I got a surgery done because the problem I have is something that can be dangerous. When you’re under pain and feel mentally and physically week/ vulnerable, the last thing you need is someone treating you in such a bad way. Imagine I “listened “ to them, went home to come back a week later or was believed the second do

Actually 3 stars for the hospital and 0 for the racist doctors. I have gone there for atleast 3 times before but none of the doctors told me this…. Dr had a male intern their and i told her i can’t undress myself infront of him can you please ask him to go she said no he will stay there if you don’t want to check yourself you can go to another hospital. I was already waiting for 2 hours and i am pregnant. I swear if it was not about my baby i would have gone i had lost my one baby can’t bear again. I gave her my history of just 5 lines just to read then you will know about my situation and she was not bothering at all. I just go there my dr’s clinic was closed but worst worst experience in my life. I hope as a female she learns how to respect other females privacy.

Today is the second day of Christmas, all Corona Test centers are closed here in the neighborhood, although one of them supposed to be open according to the Google,is also closed. There is a container test center in front of this hospital ,it is also closed. So I wanted to check it in the hospital where I can have a corona test, there is one guard who let you in, he didn't let me in , he said they Do Not Do Corona Test in the Hospital! He gave me a paper with a list which is no longer actual, almost all of them are closed now. Welcome to Germany !
