CityClass Hotel am Dom

Great location, room was sort of small for my wife son and myself. However the location to the cathedral and other activities, the level of professional service we received made it so much worth it. Super kid friendly experience. I wish I had the gentlemen’s name who went above and beyond to check us in early with a grumpy toddler. Also, Dejan went out of his way to cheer my son up at breakfast and give him a toy of the cathedral. That made our morning better. Thank you for the amazing stay. We would definitely stay again

Wow incredible, for the price, the service and especially the LOCATION! We will be back again, the view of the cathedral was breathtaking. The staff was so accommodating let us check in early since our room had just been cleaned. The rose peddles were a nice touch! The AC unit was nice to have the door to the outside could be opened to enjoy the hustle bustle or closed for quiet rest. Two mattresses made a king size bed with great pillows and comforter. After check out we were able to store our luggage for hours at no additional charge, and we even were able to add our shopping bags to it. We LOVED this place, such a blessing to have chosen this hotel!

This hotel is very central with the cathedral 2 minute walk away. It also very handy to the Rhine and bridges. The hotel is very clean and kept immaculate in all parts of it. The staff are very friendly and always available for any questions or help you may need. We had a superior room and was a sufficient size for us (couple). The fridge was great as it was a warm week when we visited. The large bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from and a wide variety of. We would definitely stay here again. The only minor issue we had was the aircon did not blast out enough cold air (again it was a warm week). That said it didn’t spoil our 3 night stay.
