I recently stayed at this hostel and unfortunately, my experience was rather disappointing. First of all, the rooms were extremely small. There was barely enough space to open my suitcase in the room, as the corridor between the wall and the bed was too narrow. To get from one side of the room to the other, I literally had to climb over the bed because there was no passage at the side. The bathroom was not much better as the toilet paper had not been changed and was in fact already open when I arrived (showing lack of cleaningness) and the room was not perfectly clean. Another major issue for me was the noise. The room was more than noisy; you could hear everything happening in the corridor, both during the day and at night (or maybe it was because I had a room in the first floor, meaning that everyone had to pass by to reach either the stairs or the elevator). The quiet hours were not respected at all, which made it difficult to sleep without earplugs considering the fact that this hostel is located really next to three big clubs which I could hear perfectly from my room. We got a double room so didn't have to share the bathroom with anyone. It was very clean and spacious. It is a very modern building and has a nice reception. We are older so there were lots of noisy young people sometimes, but that's expected in a hostel. Our room was quiet though. We came in August so it was cool enough in the evening. A few evenings were a bit warm. I can imagine in the summer it might be unconfirmed with no air conditioning or fan. It was nice to have access to a shared kitchen, there was plenty of storage on shelves and a good labeling system for the spacious large fridges. But they could improve on having more stoves, only 2 working. Also no kettle. Some of the pots are not induction compatible so don't work on the stoves. It would be good to have a few more stove tops and toasters. Lots of space for sitting and eating but only enough space for 1 person to prepare food at a time. More cutlery would be helpful and cooking utensils. I saw reviews saying they don't provide towels, but we had towels in our room.

The hotel was perfect for the amount we paid. We stayed in a quadruple room, which was divided over two sections to give some privacy to our family of 4. The bar area was vibrant in the evenings and relaxing in the mornings. We were able to enjoy some downtime in the outdoor space too. We had breakfast on one of the days, which gave us lots of variety. Each of the family found something to enjoy. There was affordable parking nearby and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had an excellent experience at this hostel! The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The hostel had everything well organized from the self check in to the self checkout. But the staff were always available to answer questions.the room was clean, the bathroom was just right, our fellow roommates were quiet and respectful when coming in late. The hostel had so much to offer: ping-pong, table, air hockey, hot drinks, food, we were really impressed with everything. Eyman, one of the staff members, was especially wonderful: warm, welcoming and super helpful with all our questions. Such polyglots too all of the staff!

The staff at the check in desk when I arrived were not very helpful, however the staff at the bar and in general were fantastic! The lockers in the rooms could be better, as the under-the-bed cage bin did not feel so secure, however it worked out. The outdoor Terrasse is very nice, also the common areas, however there were huge school groups at the beginning of my visit which made it feel fairly difficult to be in the common spaces. Proximity to several U Bahn lines and a main train station was very nice! For the price and location, it was a good place to stay.
