I went there due to an emergency with my 3rd finger. I was hoping and preparing for a really long wait (up to 6 hours) surprisingly I tooks way more less and was really fast. All the staff, doctor's and so on spoke to me in English and they were really kind. Highly recommend it

100% Don’t recommend any foreigners to come here!!!! Super complicated with the *Quartal system und Anmeldung* they want us to do always get the paper signed from the doctor even it is also checking. People are super rude with annoyed attitude but not to the Germans! (even I speak fluent German!!) especially Poliklinik für Dermatologie und Venerologie der Uniklinik Köln, and they forced me to stay in the waiting room and I waited more than almost 1 hour to see the doctor even with the appointment.

I went to the emergency room because I didn’t know where two go with my problem. (I forgot my eu health insurance card so I payed 200 euro its my fault) My toenail got infected because its growing in to my flash (yes that’s not nice) my throat started to swollen because of the infection and started to feel cold and unwell. The doctor said he gave me antibiotics. But he didnt check my throat. When i went to the pharmacy i found it out he didnt gave me antibiotics just something for infection to clean. And the lady in the pharmacy translated the paper they gave me where he wrote he checked my throat and my temperature and non of them happened. I went back to the hospital they started to act like i lied and doctor checked my throat…. Then they started to convince me that my infection nothing has to do with that… and when i ask why he said that he gives me antibiotics the nurse said these medicines has antibiotic (i went to two pharmacist and they said no)… what is this? The doctors and nurses lies in this hospital???? Shame on you all!!

I’ve done an MRT (Gebäude 18a, underground). The female receptionist was initially rude to an elderly man and then showed the same attitude toward me. We had completely different questions, so it was clearly about her, not us or our questions. She didn’t even try to hide her facial expressions, though I took less than a minute of her precious time. The doctors are amazing (both that I’ve spoken to, polite and understanding). The receptionist at the info - main building entrance was also very polite when helping me to find the place.

First , I can not comment on medical services , but the buildings and the arrangements, the wide variety of specialties and advanced equipment all are amazing. Well organized campus.
