Rooms are nice as the beds have curtains and facilities are clean. The hostel is very social and holds fun events. The outlets on my bed didn’t work the first night but after letting them know, they were quick to resolve. Nice staff too, they make you feel welcome. Transit is close to everything.

My experience? Below average. No curtains. The water was so hot it could literally burn your skin, and when you tried to make it colder, there was basically no water pressure—just a few drops—so you couldn't even have a proper shower. During my stay, I asked for a towel and they told me they had run out. The next day I rented one instead, and it smelled so bad that I didn't even use it. I also got stung by what seemed to be bed bugs, and I found a few drops of blood on my bedsheets. The night-shift staff were insanely weird. I lost my key card and asked for a new one, but they gave me a card that didn't even unlock my room. At around 5 a.m. I had to go downstairs twice because of it. And it's a freaking big hostel, you know. The elevators sucked—slow af-and the hallways smelled like shit too. On the good side, the room was indeed spacious. The common area (basically two dorms sharing a kitchen and bathroom) and the kitchen were always clean, and the bed area was as clean as it could be, given the circumstances. The location was also convenient. You can definitely find something better than this hostel. Definitely.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were outstanding — the pool area was pristine, the fitness center well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with excellent service. I also appreciated the convenient location, close to major attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.
