Had such a great time with my friends at the hotel. The place was extremely nice, quiet, and the rooms were spotless. Shout to Benson too — we’re really grateful. Would 100% stay again.

Nothing massively impacted our stay, we were happy to arrive but checking in was made quite a tricky process, meaning we had to sleep in the basement of the hostel for 5 hours. Room was comfortable, a lack of natural light but still good all the same. Toilet facilities were lacking in quality, showers not draining and toilet seats being loose/not kept clean. It’s a three star stay, does the job and of course location is fantastic. A lot of 5 star reviews only stem from getting two free shots as a result of mentioning the staff, wanted to cut through that.

I recently stayed at Generator Berlin Alexanderplatz during my trip to Berlin and had a very positive experience overall. The location in the heart of Alexanderplatz with easy access to public transport, restaurants, shops, and many of the city's attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While there are a few areas where the rooms and service could be improved, nothing significantly impacted my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and I would happily stay here again.
