I would like to share my experiences here. I have been studying here for two months. Just to be clear, this is my personal opinion. The teachers here are excellent. They are very responsible and have a lot of experience. Even when they are free, they will help students with their personal problems. We also often have extracurricular activities. We go to the botanical garden or the park, and sometimes we have meals together. This place made me feel like at home. It was a rare experience and a precious memory.

I’d like to share my disappointing experience at this school. The lack of professionalism and poor communication made me feel disrespected as a student. A school has a responsibility to inform students in advance about course schedules and changes. However, before my course began, I received no details. I sent email and WhatsApp message but got no response until called them directly. When they finally replied, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they claimed they had tried to contact me multiple times, which was simply not true. When I asked for proof, they went silent again. At one point, I even worried the school might be a scam. I had to visit in person just to get basic information. Unfortunately, this pattern of mismanagement continued. My course was supposed to last four weeks, but it was abruptly canceled after only three weeks. Again, without any notice in advance. I arrived at school as usual, only to find myself alone in an empty classroom. If I was the only student left uninformed, this neglect felt targeted. After speaking with the head of the school, he promised to follow up with alternative options. I waited three days - nothing. I had to reach out again. Howe

It is in a very central location. Transportation is very easy. The teachers are very friendly and qualified. The lessons are fun and educational. There are many food and drink option during breaks. I definitely recommend it.

I took the A1.1 intensive course in September and was really impressed by the quality of the teaching at Sprachschule Berger. Fatih Berger was my instructor for this month, he explained everything clearly and made sure everyone understood the material. His combination of professionalism, warmth, and humor made the lessons engaging and enjoyable. Learning German felt accessible and fun in such a positive environment! Although I have to step away from the school due to work, I’m very grateful for the experience and plan to come back when I can continue my German lessons with Fatih. I highly recommend Sprachschule Berger to anyone eager to learn German quickly!

I attended the B2.1 course at Berger Language School this month. My teacher, Fatih, is a very responsible teacher and very friendly. The classroom is very clean and the good learning atmosphere has made me more interested in German.
