After a long day of walking and touring the city with my best mates, we sat down for dinner. I saw the crunchy pig leg on the menus and decided I must have it to myself! Don’t be me, it was massive! Extremely delicious, but definitely a dish you can share between 2-4 people. The beer was good, the vibe was even better. Make sure to stop there if you’re in town. The staff here were so kind and friendly to me and my coworkers when we stopped in on Friday. Amazing food- everyone loved their Schnitzels and blood sausage. Dessert was so good- the large streusel with nuts and beer was cold. Highly recommend.

This place was recommended by our tour guide, Rolf. What a great recommendation! All of the food we had was delicious. The outdoor seating was also nice. I had Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes und Salt. The schnitzel was pounded very thin and lightly fried. The salad had a light dressing and the fries were cooked perfectly.

The place it’s in a beautiful are in Cologne, with terrace outside. We chose the inside with plenty of space. We ordered the XXL pork knuckle with mashed potatoes and chucrut. We got Coca-Cola and surprisingly was big glass! And we shared, as was big portion and enough for us two. Price was good for the portion and waiters where very friendly! Really delicious

I tried this restaurant several times on my stay in Cologne, and was very impressed with the variety of food available and the quality of both the food and service. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for traditional German cuisine and good service.
